Number & Operations - Links to previous number and operations standards (e.g. identify prime and composite numbers up to 50; compare rational numbers; apply order of operations).

Algebra - Links to previous algebra standards (e.g. apply function rules; generalize patterns in data represented by tables and graphs; solve one-step linear equations).

Geometry - Links to previous geometry standards (e.g. classify triangles and polygons; apply spatial reasoning and visualization to real-world problems; determine congruence).

Measurement - Links to previous measurement standards (e.g. determine distance between 2 points; convert from one unit to another within the same system; find or estimate area of irregular and complex shapes).

Data Analysis & Probability - Links to previous data analysis and probability standards (e.g. interpret bar and line graphs to answer questions; make predictions based on data; make tree diagram to determine all possible outcomes).
